Roxana Jenkins

Chilean-American attorney with an LL.M. in U.S. Trial Advocacy from California Western School of Law. She specializes in transparency, good governance, and data protection, holding postgraduate diplomas from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and Chile’s Council for Transparency. A court-certified family mediator in both Texas and Chile, Roxana led nationwide implementation of Chile’s Freedom of Information and Data-Privacy Law at the Directorate of Labor. She later served at the U.S. Embassy in Santiago, advising the Consul General on international family law and assisting U.S. citizens. Her service earned the U.S. State Department’s Extra Mile Award.
