Email: To respond to your inquiry. Phon: To call or text if that is your preferred channel. 

We do not request sensitive information or detailed case facts through this website.

Respond to your inquiry and, if requested, schedule a consultation.

Maintain an internal record of prospective clients (no bulk marketing).

Perform basic, aggregate site analytics to improve performance.


3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, to take pre‑contractual steps at your request.


4. Storage & Security

• Data resides on encrypted GoDaddy servers located in the United States. 

• Access is restricted to authorized LawyerThink personnel via password‑protected dashboards and email. 

• All traffic is protected by HTTPS encryption.

No online system is 100 % secure; avoid sending confidential case details until an attorney–client relationship is established.


5. Retention

Contact‑form entries are retained for 12 months or deleted sooner upon request, unless a professional engagement requires longer retention under applicable ethics rules.


6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@lawyerthink.com.

California residents can exercise additional rights under the CCPA.


7. Cookies

We use minimal server cookies required for site functionality and basic Google Analytics cookies. These do not track advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function as intended.


8. Changes to this notice

We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes occur and highlight material revisions for 30 days.
