Foreing Legal Consultant

We work with a network of U.S.–licensed Foreign Legal Consultants, enabling us to deliver expert opinions on Chilean and other Latin-American laws that are admissible under Rule 44.1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This reduces legal risk in any U.S.–LatAm dispute or cross-border transaction.

All opinions and testimony are provided by Foreign Legal Consultants duly licensed under the rules of their respective U.S. states; each FLC covers only the foreign jurisdictions for which they hold active admission.
